Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting the people we support, while following established treatment plans. The program emphasizes the importance of promoting independence and integrating into the community through recreational outings and Volunteer Training opportunities.

The Overnight Direct Support Professional provides close supervision, counseling, and support to the children during all cottage-based activities. The Overnight Direct Support Professional is responsible for planning and implement individual and group initiatives to build children’s skills and self-esteem. The Overnight Direct Support Professional ensures that the basic needs of children are met, and that the cottage is maintained in a safe, orderly, predictable, therapeutic, structured, and clean condition. Job Skills and Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the US, and have a valid New York Esthetician License</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum four (4) weekend shifts per month</li>
<li>Must be able to effectively deliver all menu services and workouts after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for minimum 3 hours while performing consecutive workouts, and demonstrate safe practice of body mechanics and self-care techniques throughout</li>
<li>Must be consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments</li>
<li>Must be willing to support across all locations when necessary, to further support and drive the business</li>

Pay Structure: 
<ul>
<li>Trainers are paid according to the standard pay structure of hourly versus commission wherein the gross earned weekly salary will be equivalent to whichever sum amount is higher total service commission (which is issued at 18% of the pre-taxed menu price) or the total hourly pay for all clocked hours that fall under the primary duty category of client service time (issued at $20 per hour)</li>
<li>$40/hr event pay</li>
<li>Retail commission: 25% for skincare and manual tools, FaceGym EMS and electric tools 10% commission, and 3rd party product at 5% commission</li>
