POSTION OVERVIEW:
Under supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will coordinate and supervise the implementation of nursing care for the residents at Casa Promesa. He/She will collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to manage the overall care/services of residents assigned to that nursing unit. The Licensed Practical Nurse will ensure that standards and guidelines set forth by the NYS Board of Nursing and Casa Promesa are adhered to at all times.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Follow accepted standards of nursing practice in providing direct care, performing procedures, and using equipment. Ensures that the findings of the nursing assessment, the comprehensive care plan, and recommendations for nursing follow-up are documented, dated, and signed in the client’s medical record.</li>
<li>Provide basic/emergency nursing care to clients on a routine and crisis basis.</li>
<li>Employee may be required to cover another floor/shift as needed. </li>

 RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention</li>

<li>Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form</li>
<li>Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises</li>
<li>Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes</li>

 QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.</li>
<li>Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)</li>
<li>1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer</li>
<li>Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends</li>
<li>Character, care, and communication skills</li>
<li>Energetic and attentive</li>
<li>Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook</li>
<li>Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout</li>
</ul>
 CERTIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA</li>
<li>Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Build a winning team of Moodlifters through hiring, training, motivating, coaching and evaluating staff.</li>
<li>Drive member count and ancillary business revenue to ensure the club is meeting and exceeding their targets.</li>
<li>Partner with the Personal Training teams to guarantee a fully staffed team of productive trainers who are meeting and exceeding their targets.</li>
