Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
The Hospitality Associate position is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site including conference room set-up, reception assistance and other general office support as needed.

Job Duties:

<li>Check the conference room and meeting schedule throughout shift and make note of any changes to ensure meetings are set-up accurately.</li>
<li>*Set up conference rooms according to client’s request, including food, beverages, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;utensils, ice, cleanliness, etc.</li>
<li>Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary.</li>
<li>Prepare coffee and other beverages in assigned kitchens each morning.</li>
<li>Clean up coffee makers and Client Pantry throughout the day and reset to standard in the evening.</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisor or client on meeting request concerns or deadline issues.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of catering supplies and order supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate with Reception regarding food and beverages for use during meetings i.e. delays etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate and act as liaison with personnel, food merchants, selected contact and outside vendor(s) to ensure the pricing is competitive and reviewed quarterly.</li>
<li>Partner with Events team for set ups and support of external waitstaff</li>
<li>Assist in training new hires.</li>
<li>Prioritize workflow.</li>
<li>Assist in process improvement ideas.</li>
<li>Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies inclusive of Uniform attire and appearance standards</li>
<li>Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Provide back-up support to Reception and/or Office Services as needed.</li>

Qualifications

 Additional Information 
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.00 - $22.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
