Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review and process patient medical records to ensure accuracy in charge posting and billing.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge and experience in utilizing CPT and ICD-10 coding systems to assign appropriate codes for procedures and diagnosis ensuring adherence with payer guidelines.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for processing including batch transmission reconciliation process.</li>
<li>Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to medical billing and reimbursement.</li>

Our programs are spread across 25 locations and include over 1200 units of supportive housing in three boroughs, the Howie the Harp Advocacy Center, Peer-driven Crisis Respite Center, Adult Home Initiative, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and the Intensive Mobile Team (IMT). 
 
Program/Department Description
The housing department provides permanent and affordable supportive housing for individuals living with mental health concerns and low-income community residents and families, as well as licensed transitional residential programs for individuals moving from institutions into the community.  Services are geared towards assisting people in maintaining their housing and moving forward with their lives in stable community-based environments.   

Position Overview
The Program Director oversees all aspects of the supportive housing program(s), including program leadership, staff development, service provision, community building, contract and budget management, and coordination with facility and property management. The Program Director ensures that services are provided within the scope of the agency’s mission and values and are consistent with the needs and desires of individual participants. Additional tasks include ensuring that the program meets funder and agency standards for program census, staff recruitment, staff supervision, record keeping, reporting, budgeting and establishing and maintaining an environment for tenants and staff that is consistent with agency values, collaborating with other departments and programs, and developing and maintaining relationships with community members and organizations.

Position Summary:
This is a role on the logistics team consisting of oversight for sample management and warehouse operations alongside the Director of Logistics. Supporting cross functional teams including Marketing, Wholesale, Finance and Logistics, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency in line with Ferragamo’s distribution and brand standards.
 
Showroom Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise the receiving, scanning, and processing of incoming samples; assign and maintain inventory locations while ensuring accurate tracking within SAP and the current WMS system.</li>
<li>Execute and monitor inventory transactions in SAP, including giftings, loan-outs, loan returns, and spot checks to ensure full product accountability in partnership with regional and HQ Marketing, Wholesale, and Logistics teams.</li>
<li>Supervise and fulfill sample distribution needs across all departments, including packing, domestic and international shipping, and ongoing communication with carrier vendors.</li>
<li>Maintain all import &amp; export documentation related to samples and Out-of-Season (OOS) catalogues.</li>
<li>Review freight invoices and advise internal teams on the most cost-effective and deadline-driven shipping solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare, re-ticket, pack, and transfer samples to the warehouse aftermarket (EOS) and support preparation for sample sales.</li>
<li>Collaborate with order management team on sample order entry four times a year for several teams.</li>
<li>Monitor sample orders and production status to properly update teams on orders and ensure timely delivery for brand activities. </li>
<li>Supervise to ensure all showrooms are supplied with Ferragamo packaging and office supplies needed for daily activities. </li>

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Qualifications

SUMMARY: Responsible for general upkeep and overall maintenance of the property and building systems. Reports to General Supervisor.
 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITES:

<li>Supervises building systems.</li>
<li>Respond in a timely manner to emergencies and to tenant concerns, including weekends.</li>

Frazer and Jones are looking to add Core Machine Operators to our foundry operations to support the business. This role works interpedently to support the daily functions for foundry production. Under the direction of the foundry foreman and/or manager, carries out repetitive operations creating and adjusting cores for the specific manufactured goods. 

Job Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Interprets and adjusts core machine pressure, temperature and timer indicators and makes adjustments to specified settings. </li>
<li>Makes minor repairs and adjustments, using simple measuring instruments such as a straight edge, level, measuring tape, rulers or calipers for core boxes. </li>
<li>Sets up and runs various core machines and changes core boxes, completes core tryouts, fills core trays and cleans cores. </li>
<li>Operates a fork truck to bring patterns and core machine materials throughout the plant. </li>
<li>Throughout the shift will drill, tap, ream and coin castings. </li>
<li>Evaluates thread and ream inspection during process. </li>
<li>Disposes of scape castings at workstation and performs housekeeping tasks such as cleaning area and core boxes. </li>
<li>Manually feeds materials through punch press, drilling or tapping machines. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by the foreman and/or manager. </li>

Education:

Working Hours and Conditions:
