<li>Walk the floor constantly, making sure that the area is clean and organized

<li>Vacuum, clean, dust or sweep when necessary</li>
<li>Keep tripping hazards, boxes, tools, ladders, etc. off the sales floor</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Keep personal talk to a minimum and never engage in political or other sensitive conversations with customers.</li>
<li>Fill in merchandise, receive shipments, maintain visual presentation, and perform other tasks as directed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain vigilance for suspicious activity or shoplifting and inform investigations promptly when necessary.</li>
<li>Cover breaks or other departments when asked and run registers when necessary.</li>

<li>Director of Investigations has authority to direct salespeople regarding security issues</li>
