Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk-Network Tech--Bilingual English/Spanish to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Install laptops and computers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • knowledge of MS 365 applications and cloud-based services.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
  • An Associates or a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • Certifications are a plus.
