Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Architecture. The Project Manager will be responsible for architectural design, and project management of various types of projects from concept to completion.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architecture technology
Previous experience in architectural firm preferably as a PM (2-5 years)
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit architectural software

Qualifications

Project Planning and Management
Ability to function comfortably, and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including clients, consultants, contractors and JM2 team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget
Knowledge of local building codes
Residential and Commercial experience preferred
Restaurant and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus
