●Addressing general maintenance tasks like tightening bolts, replacing seals, and cleaning gutters.
●Painting walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, and doing touch-ups or complete re-paint jobs.
●Minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing furniture, framing, and constructing shelving units.
●Pressure washing exterior surfaces like decks, patios, and siding.
●Repairing or replacing light fixtures and general handyman work for everyday issues.
●Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
●Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
●General tools and equipment for basic handyman work.
●Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
