The Automotive Service Manager for Import Brand&nbsp;will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and implement service strategies to drive customer retention</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in automotive service management is mandatory</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of import brand vehicles</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation</li>
<li>Reynolds &amp; Reynolds knowledge is a plus</li>
