Opportunity Knocks! Project Manager - Demolition & Roofing (CDL-B Preferred)

Are you a highly organized and driven Project Manager with a strong background in demolition and roofing and wound like to sell? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent leadership skills? If so, Cover All Solutions in Bay Shore, NY, wants you to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of demolition and roofing projects. This is a key role requiring strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of demolition and roofing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Willingness and ability to drive a Class B truck to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the demolition and/or roofing industries.
Strong understanding of demolition techniques, safety protocols, and waste management.
Comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Possession of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B) is highly preferred.

Bonus Points (Not Required but a Plus!):

Experience with masonry work, including chimney repair and rebuilding.
OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour).
