We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic leader to join a dynamic and growing hotel management organization as the Area Director of Revenue Strategy. In this role, you'll drive revenue performance across a multi-property portfolio, leading pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies that directly impact market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Maximize total revenues and RevPAR index across assigned hotels

Develop and evaluate pricing, inventory, and channel strategies

Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual analysis to optimize revenue growth

Lead virtual revenue strategy meetings with hotel teams

Monitor competitive set pricing and oversee OTA promotions

Ensure RMS system accuracy and lead group rate pricing strategy

Support budgeting, forecasting, and ownership reporting

Stay informed on local market dynamics and demand trends
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
-
Minimum of 3 years in a multi-property revenue management role
-
Experience across multiple hotel brands required (Marriott strongly preferred)

Top 25 MSA market experience strongly preferred

Proficiency in STR, TravelClick, Kalibri, and RMS systems

Strong Excel, analytical, and presentation skills
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with proactive sales and operations teams

Travel required as needed
