Job Type: Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Job Description: Bravo is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team and lead the technology initiatives that drive our company's success. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of excellence in IT management, particularly in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's IT systems, with a focus on Office 365, Egnyte, and JumpCloud platforms.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, including planning for future company expansion.
  • Lead technology projects, ensuring successful design and implementation of new systems and tools to meet evolving company needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the company's technology infrastructure to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the company's technology requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven IT Help Desk experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Office 365, Egnyte, and JumpCloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical information effectively.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to technology management and improvement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 certifications, Egnyte Admin certification, JumpCloud Administrator certification).

Salary$80,000—$90,000 USD
