As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping projects. ```Responsibilities```
-MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks
- Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design specifications
- Maintain and care for landscapes, including planting, pruning, and fertilizing
- Provide tree care services, including trimming and removal
- Build and maintain hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including lawn care and debris removal
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques
- Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
