Job Description:
We are hiring a Division Manager to oversee our Tesla Solar Roof department. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Tesla Solar Roof system and proven experience in managing teams and projects. This role requires performing site surveys, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is mainly a remote position that will require travel to job sites a few times during the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all operations of the Tesla Solar Roof division

Conduct site surveys for potential installations

Coordinate with installation teams and clients

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide expertise on Tesla Solar Roof products and installation processes
Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of the Tesla Solar Roof system (required)

Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle)

Experience in management or supervisory roles

Ability to perform detailed site surveys
