Our client is a leading financial services firm with a strong global presence. They are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist consultant to support the daily operations at their New York City office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a polished presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist investors, clients, candidates, and guests
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor check-in/security processes
  • Coordinate meetings—both in-person and virtual (Zoom)
  • Schedule and organize catered lunches and internal events
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies; liaise with vendors as needed
  • Partner with existing admin team on day-to-day support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience in a financial, hedge fund, or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
