An Administrative assistant provides administrative support to our busy office and assists each department with many responsibilities. You will also assume the role of receptionist when needed as well as take on mail responsibilities. This position also requires lifting files and trays of mail up and down stairs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask.

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
