Job Summary:The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the intake of all referrals for evaluations. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the life cycle of the evaluations. They will ensure all evaluations are staffed following timelines and paperwork is submitted to the Department of Education within 24 hours of the initial evaluation's completion.

Please note that this is not a remote position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily documentation in the Company Database for all evaluation activities.
  • Staffing psychologists for all cases.
  • Processing and staffing all RAAS that come through.
  • Follow up on missing consent paperwork from psychologists.
  • Work collaboratively with the Evaluations Manager and Evaluations Coordinator.
  • Maintains positive relationships and consistent communication with school districts regarding evaluations.
  • Ensure timelines are met for the evaluation process and staff cases in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
  • Maintains and creates relationships with internal and external service coordinators as well as daycare/Head Start educational directors to maintain a healthy referral volume.
  • Obtain documentation and paperwork from districts when needed for the evaluation process.
  • Coverage for Evaluations Coordinator.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications and other requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English a must.
  • Office experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.

Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Compensation:Full-time hourly non-exempt $20-22 per hour

Hours: In office, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
