Office Manager - Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Cost Coding Bills (AIA Format)
  • Data Entry Into Buildertrend CM Platform - Budget Tracking
  • Assist in Compiling Work Orders And Contract Documents
  • Insurance and Compliance
  • Submittals / Transmittals/ RFI
  • Managing & Logging Drawings

May also assist with:

  • Pricing & Purchasing

Qualifications:

  • Use of CM software- Buildertrend, PlanGrid or Prior Experience With Procore
  • QuickBooks
  • Excel, Word.
  • Prior Experience Working In: Residential Or Commercial Construction Office Or Architectural Firm Required.
