Office Manager - Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Cost Coding Bills (AIA Format)
- Data Entry Into Buildertrend CM Platform - Budget Tracking
- Assist in Compiling Work Orders And Contract Documents
- Insurance and Compliance
- Submittals / Transmittals/ RFI
- Managing & Logging Drawings
May also assist with:
- Pricing & Purchasing
Qualifications:
- Use of CM software- Buildertrend, PlanGrid or Prior Experience With Procore
- QuickBooks
- Excel, Word.
- Prior Experience Working In: Residential Or Commercial Construction Office Or Architectural Firm Required.
