The Sr. People Enablement Manager at Vimeo will lead the design and program management of the company's learning and development (L&D) strategy, with a key responsibility for creating and implementing a revamped global onboarding program. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee growth, and aligning talent enablement initiatives with organizational goals.
What you'll do:
- Learning & Development Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee innovative L&D programs tailored to meet business needs while supporting Vimeo's strategic objectives.
- Global Onboarding Program: Lead the creation and implementation of a revamped global onboarding program to ensure a seamless, engaging, and consistent experience for new hires across all regions.
- Workshop Facilitation: This role requires strong facilitation skills to lead impactful training sessions and workshops while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Program Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives, ensuring timely execution, scalability, and measurable impact.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Total Rewards, and other teams to shape initiatives that support employee growth and performance while aligning with Vimeo's culture.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive programs that foster a cohesive culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure onboarding experiences set employees up for success.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with evolving organizational needs.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Proven Expertise in Enablement Programs: Demonstrated experience in managing and improving enablement programs across various HR functions, with a strong focus on learning and development (L&D) and onboarding.
- Global Onboarding Program Ownership: Experience in owning and managing a global onboarding program, including designing and implementing strategies that deliver a seamless and engaging experience for new hires across regions.
- Strategic Thinking & Project Management: Strong ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution, leveraging strategic thinking and exceptional project management skills to deliver impactful results.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with HRBPs, People Ops, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders. Strong communication abilities to engage diverse audiences and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and overseeing the administration and optimization of other HR tech tools to align with organizational needs.
- Data-Driven Continuous Improvement: Skilled in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

- While the following skills and experiences are not mandatory for the Sr. People Enablement Manager role, they would be valuable assets:
- Learning Management System Expertise: Experience with Docebo or similar LMS platforms, demonstrating proficiency in managing and optimizing digital learning environments.
- Performance Management Tools: Familiarity with Lattice or comparable performance management systems, showcasing an understanding of goal-setting and feedback processes.
- Instructional Design Background: Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies, enabling the creation of more effective and engaging learning content.
- Performance Management Program Experience: Previous involvement in designing, implementing, or managing performance management programs, providing insights into best practices for employee development and evaluation.
Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro: $130,000.00 - 160,000.00
