Job DescriptionChip Kronau Construction &amp; Equipment, Inc. one of the Equipment World's 2021 Contractor Of The Year Finalists, is looking to hire a Laborer/Pipe Layer to join our team.&nbsp; The laborer is responsible for providing ground work assistance to our Equipment Operator/Superintendent. The type of work includes but is not limited to, lot clearing, grading, watermain and sewer main repair, trenching, pipe laying and light snow plowing. Basic Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis (50lbs or more).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic math and measuring.</li>
<li>Be able to set up and operate lasers for grading.</li>
<li>Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.</li>
<li>Must possess a clean valid drivers license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Be able to commute to the various job sites within and around the general capital district.</li>
<li>Experience installing underground pipe and pipe laying&nbsp;is a plus.</li>
<li>Blue print reading is a plus.</li>
