Associate Director - Willis Towers Watson US LLC (NY,NY): Assist multi-nat'l co's to develop global/x-border solutions to meet local & HQ mgmt needs re design, establ, financing, operation, oversight & monitoring of global comp & benefit progs. Provide consulting adv & servs re retirement & broader benefits & comp issues for global ops, including annual global actuarial coordination projs, wrk'g closely w/ client HQs, local country client contacts & local WTW consultants. REQTS: Masters (US or foreign equiv) in Math, Actuarial Sci or related fld + 3 yrs exp in related Retirement or Benefits Consulting role -OR- Bachelors (US or foreign equiv) in Math, Actuarial Sci or rel fld + 5 yrs exp in rel Retirement or Benefits Consulting role.
