Associate (Mid-Level)

Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Associate (Mid-Level) in NY, NY to Investment Funds Practice Group, under supervision of partners: Advise sponsor clients on formation, operation & governance of priv investment funds (incl U.S. domestic & cross-border funds), incl drafting limited partnership agreements, investment mgmt agreements, side letters & other ancillary docs & negotiating w/investors. Req'mts: J.D. or foreign equiv. Exp in job offered or rel. occupation must incl at least 3 yrs of exp at an int'l law firm: advise on domestic & int'l investment transactions, incl: advising on formation & operation of investment funds representing institutional investors & conducting due diligence. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $260,000 & $365,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
