Associate: Bayview Asset Management, LLC seeks an Associate, Opportunistic Residential in our NY, NY office to triage new investments in Residential Whole Loans. Bachelor's or foreign degree equiv in Fin, Econ, Math, Applied Math, or rel. & 1 year of exp as a Quant Anlyst, or rel. 1 yr exp. w/Res Whole or ABS investments that emphasize quant. Models & structuruing; creating cash flow models incl. fixed income math, modeling of interest rate duration & sensitivities; analyzing fin statements for mort cash flows, defaults, & prepayments; assessing investment opportunity variants & determining optimal pricing protocols; pricing forms of credit risk using proprietary models; Python; & SQL.
