We are seeking a Bookkeeper to become a part of our team! This is NOT a conventional bookkeeping job!

Hubco Incorporation Service helps Law Firms, Accountants and the public at large in the process of filing new business entities.

We file new Corporations, LLC's and Non Profit businesses in all 50 states.

More specific to this job description.

Many of the entities we file require a legal address in the state they are filing in, if not located in New York were they can use their own.

We can for a fee, provide an address in the state they forming or qualifying their business in to act as the legal address for that business.

This is commonly known as providing "Registered Agent Service". The sole purpose of this address is to accept and forward any Tax Notices

and "Service of Process" (Lawsuits) that arrive at that address to the Headquarters of the company on file.

Responsibilities:

  • Forwarding any Service of Process.
  • Billing each company for the yearly service. This is monthly.
  • Setting up new companies at our legal address in the state the service is needed.
  • Canceling service for companies not renewing.
  • Paying Companies in each state that we use for the legal address.
  • Sending out late payment notifications.
  • Processing Credit Card Payments.
  • Logging check payments to customers account.

  • Quality customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Adobe PDF files.
