WellQor is a fast-growing, national telehealth-based mental health practice looking for a Healthcare Technology Specialist to optimize and scale our business delivery platform. This platform consists of:
- Zoho One Application Suite (CRM, HR, BI Reporting, and more) for administrative management
- Arize EHR open API based Electronic Health Records / RCM system
Your Mission:
You’ll be at the intersection of technology and healthcare operations, ensuring seamless data management, automation, and analytics. You’ll help integrate systems, build custom workflows, and optimize processes to improve efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Automate & Optimize Workflows – Build, configure, and refine processes to eliminate inefficiencies
- Data & Analytics Mastery – Create reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to uncover insights and drive smart business decisions
- Integration & Customization – Configure Zoho applications, customize workflows, and connect systems for a seamless user experience
- Training & Support – Empower team members with training and troubleshooting to maximize adoption and efficiency
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a tech-driven role focused on automation, data, or healthcare tech
- SQL proficiency (MS-SQL, MySQL a plus) for reporting and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One applications, integrations, and automation
- Healthcare or medical billing background (nice to have, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills – You love tackling inefficiencies and finding better ways to do things
- Great communication & self-sufficiency – You can explain complex tech in simple terms and run with projects independently
