Oasis Gutters is looking for a hands-on Gutter Installer to join our growing team. We are willing to train on the job, if you bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. As the go-to expert on-site, you’ll take charge of seamless gutter installations from start to finish—ensuring every job is done with precision, professionalism, and pride. You’ll work within a 2 man crew, manage quality control, and represent our company’s commitment to top-tier service. Pay is based on performance (quality, communication, clean-up, and efficiency).
What You’ll Do:
- Execute full seamless gutter system installations
- Manage job site prep, your company vehicle, and customer communication
- Ensure all installs meet company quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly
- Submit before/after photos and daily reports
What You Bring:
- Preferred some experience in the trades (gutters, roofing, siding, framing, windows, etc.)
- Willingness to learn
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfort with heights, ladders, and roof work
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A “get-it-done-right” mindset
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with fascia/soffit work
- Know how to operate gutter forming machines
- Want to grow into a supervisory or training role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7:30am
