We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, deep knowledge of wines and spirits, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the liquor store

• Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service

• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management

• Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol laws

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store

• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet sales targets

• Handle customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail manager (liquor store experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
