Antin Infrastructure Partners US Services LLC: Director - Legal – NY, NY. Work side-by-side by with the investment, financing, tax, & performance improvement professionals on Antin’s investments & advising on U.S. legal issues. Req’s Juris Doctor (JD) or frgn equiv degree. Admitted to the NY State Bar + 6 yrs of legal experience working on a broad range of corporate matters. Hybrid position: P/T telecommuting authorized (1 day/wk remote). 5% domestic & international travel. SALARY: $340,000 – $400,000/year.
