Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate (Standard Chartered Bank, New York, NY; FT). Originate, structure, & lead execution of complex transactions in Americas for CRE Americas. Prep pitch documentation, fin'l analysis, credit applics, & fin'l models. Must have a Bachelor's deg or foreign equiv in Bus Admin, Mgmt, or a rltd field & 5 yrs of exp in the job offd or in a rltd position. Employer will accept 1 yr of additional exp for an unrelated deg. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: Originating, leading, structuring, executing, & distributing structured trade finance & real estate finance transactions; Prep'g pitch documentation, fin'l analysis, credit applics, & fin'l models; Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite, in accord w/ Standard Chartered Bank policy.
