Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services and products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail; may require trips to the post office.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment management.
- Assist the Executive Administrative Assistant and other departments as needed.
Office Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support various office duties and company functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience Preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid New York State Driver’s License.
