Job Description

Well Established company, in business since seeks a professiona ERP Administrator, to assume ti following role:

--Responsible for maintaining and developing the Visual ERP system, as well as supporting end users.toto

--Troubleshoot issues related to the ERP system.

--Document and report problems to Infor related to the ERP system.

--Maintain users/profiles related to the ERP system.

Perform version and patch level upgrades/implementation of the new versions of the ERP software.

--Create customizations for the ERP system , using SQL, Macros & other 3rd party tools.

--Monitor, document and report on changes to the SQL database and ERP systemfor audit compliance.

--Maintain and monitor ERP system backups.

--Create reports using a combination of SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, & Power BI to extract data from the ERP system as needed.

--Qualifications:

--Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical Degree is a plus.

--THis is an on site position.

--Strong SQL experience, writing queries, stored procedures/triggers/functions.

--Experience with creation of SQL jobs and backups/restore.

--Maintain security and SQL user accounts.

--Know Crystal Reports, MS Power BI, Strong MS Excel ski--Create documentation to describe usage of new or existing processes.

--Communicate with all levels of company staff regarding project status, and system changes.

--Able to take charge, strong organizational skills, and good attention to detail.

--Excellent written , verbal and interpersonal skills.

--Requires a team player,able to collaborate with others
