Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Practice within NYS LPN boundaries and CVPH's Standards of Care. Assist in assessing patients and contribute to care planning under RN direction. Provide nursing care, including monitoring, documentation, and administering medications. Respond effectively during emergencies. Educate patients and families, leaving a lasting impact on their well-being. Administer pain management, medications, and assist with various treatments. Follow infection control practices and advocate for patient rights. Handle procedures and adapt to changing patient needs. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current NY LPN license. Previous nursing experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Collaborative and adaptable.
