Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Senior Associate in NY, NY to advise & assist clients on structuring & establishing new U.S. & non-U.S. investment funds, managed accnts & other investment vehicles & entities. REQ'MTS: Masters or foreign equiv in law or specific rel. field & 5 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: Advise & assist clients w/drafting & negotiating docs rel. to investment vehicles & entities. Telecommuting &/or work from home is permissible. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $260,000 & $365,000/yr, 40 hrs/wk.
