Senior Associate, Investment Compensation

Senior Associate, Investment Compensation (New York, NY): Assist with the year-end portfolio management compensation process, including preparation and review of year-end payout sheets. Partner with the fund and general accounting teams on a variety of monthly accruals. Partner with the business development team to produce compensation-related analytics and other deliverables as requested. Work with financial modelling; Software as a Service (SaaS) tools; variable incentive compensation; Microsoft Excel; public accounting; and, compensation analysis. Reqs. Bachelor's degr + 1 yr of exp. Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
