Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Sr Associate, Corporate in NY, NY, to review & draft various fund docs (such as partnership agreements, side letters, confidential memorandums) relating to fund formation, secondary transactions, & other fund investment transactions. Req'mnts: JD or foreign equiv in job offered or rel. occupation & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: practicing corporate investment funds law; participating in all aspects of fund transactions for sponsors & investors. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
