Legal: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP seeks Sr Associate, Finance & Restructuring Group in NY, NY under supervision of more sr lawyers to advise clients on structuring, documenting, negotiating & executing leveraged fin'ce, project fin'ce & restructuring transactions (incl U.S. domestic & cross-border transactions & Chapter 11 cases). Req'mts: J.D. or foreign equiv. Exp in job offered or rel. occupation must incl at least 3 yrs of exp at an int'l law firm: researching, anlyzg, reviewing & drafting memoranda, contracts & other agreements & legal docs relating to restructuring transactions incl Chapter 11 proceedings representing both debtors & creditors.
