REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>OSHA 30 certification.</li>
<li>Prior construction management experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check.</li>
<li>Possess a valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Able to work autonomously.</li>
</ul>
 PAY RATE:$40.00-$45.00/Hourly Salary (compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.)
