The Project Architect/ Project Manager position at CO Adaptive spans both the Architecture and Construction operations. We are looking for an individual with a professional degree in architecture, preferably a Masters in Architecture, along with 6+ years experience post-graduation, with at least 2+ years as a Registered Architect in projects of similar scale and typology that align with CO Adaptive’s portfolio. This role is central to supporting the work of our current team, and carries the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the practice grows. Project Architects / Project Managers are key members of CO Adaptive’s design team; responsible for supporting the Directors and focusing their key tasks to successful management of projects and coordinating with project team members (internal and external). They are the prime interface with the clients.

Construction Special Inspector Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide Special Inspection services in accordance with the Building Code of NYS</li>
<li>Perform quality sampling, testing and inspection of soil, concrete, masonry, and asphalt materials on construction sites and in laboratory settings</li>
<li>Follow safety standards and procedures</li>
<li>Prepare accurate test and inspection reports using electronic report templates</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with clients and other project stakeholders</li>

<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check.</li>
<li>Possess a valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Able to work autonomously.</li>

 PAY RATE:$40.00-$45.00/Hourly Salary (compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.)
