The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.</li>
<li>Providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.</li>
<li>Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.</li>
<li>Observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.</li>
<li>Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>You're 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>

Job Description Mission of NCS Our mission is to provide the children of NCS with educational opportunities through a rigorous, comprehensive K-8 program that cultivates the intellectual, social and emotional development of each child. This role is based out of our Harlem campus and reports to the K-5 ES Principal in 2023-2024. The Elementary School Director will be responsible for the student achievement outcomes of all students in their assigned grades.
