 What you will be doing ● Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components, controls, and power systems on heavy metal processing machinery including presses, furnaces, rolling equipment, and high horsepower motors ● Diagnose issues with temperature control instrumentation, sensors, thermocouples, and recording devices used in metal heating and forming processes ● Troubleshoot PLC systems used to control automated manufacturing equipment ● Diagnose, maintain, and repair AC and DC drive systems supporting large mechanical loads ● Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime in a 24/7 industrial operation ● Work safely around molten metal, high heat, high voltage environments, overhead cranes, and rapidly moving mechanical systems What we are looking for ● Industrial maintenance electrical experience in metal manufacturing, foundry, steel/metal processing, heavy machining, or other rugged industrial environments ● Strong AC and DC drive troubleshooting background, especially with high horsepower or variable frequency applications ● PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience ● Ability to work off shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to support continuous operations ● Strong commitment to safety in high heat and high energy environments ● High school diploma or equivalent required ● Journeyman level experience preferred, but not required Interested in hearing more? <li>Working knowledge of metal machining, welding, and non-destructive testing processes.</li>

<li>Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning software.</li>

<li>Knowledge of configuration control in an ISO/AS environment.</li>

<li>Knowledge of ANSI Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&amp;T)</li>
