NATIONAL &nbsp; SALES &nbsp; MANAGER - New York, NY Leading U.S. nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets; Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements; Maintaining data within proprietary Sales Management System ("SMS"); Prepare sales forecasts; Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities; Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency; Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff; Identify new producer candidates and integrate them into our internal system and process; Leadership through active coaching and development of staff while comparing sales results against sales targets and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
