Requires 5+ years of trade experience, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of dyeing, finishing, and chemical processes. Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in an industrial environment.
Must-Have:✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in trade; 3+ years in a supervisory role within dye-house or textile industry.✔ Degree in Chemistry (Doctorate preferred)✔ Experience in textile dyeing finishing✔ Strong leadership problem-solving skills✔ Knowledge of chemical safety regulations✔ Ability to work in high-temperature environments
DAY TO DAY
- Oversee dyeing, finishing, and lab procedures, ensuring smooth production.
- Adjust dye formulations as needed to meet color standards.
- Maintain inventory of dyes and chemicals and ensure proper usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Supervise personnel and workflow, troubleshooting production issues as they arise.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency.
