We are seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints and complete material takeoffs
• Coordinate the daily activities of the installation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate onsite personnel
• Place vendor orders for jobsite locations
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate with off site project managers
• Coordinate with onsite contractors and subcontractors

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years working in commercial HVAC installation
• Prior experience with supervision of team members
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
