What You'll Be Doing
- Leading microbiological validation protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Overseeing laboratory operations, environmental monitoring, and plant hygiene programs
- Conducting audits, investigations, and implementing corrective actions
- Writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety standards
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong background in microbiology compliance, validation, and laboratory operations
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industry)
- Ability to lead investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and cGMP guidelines
