Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee mitigation operations and manage restoration and cleaning processes
- Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following our production guidelines
- Manage job profitability, efficiencies, and job file documentation
- Create/review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Generate estimates in Xactimate as needed
- Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
- Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed
- Assist with hiring and training new team members
Position Requirements:
- Xactimate software experience: 2 years (Required)
- Restoration industry experience: 2 years (Required)
- Valid driver's license (Required)
- High school diploma/GED (Required)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate math skills
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces, attics, etc.)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00/year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- This is an on-call position and candidates need to be available at night and on weekends
License/Certification:
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle is required for this position
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
