How does corporate support the therapists on the floors?
Majority of our Regional Directors, as well as many corporate members, are therapists themselves. All of our Directors understand the constant challenge it is to meet the ever-changing demands of Medicare and insurance guidelines. Our clinical team provides thorough documentation training to ensure Clinical Fellows understand the importance of Medicare guidelines and regulations.

We offer a comprehensive mentorship program to support new grads from day one. You'll be paired with an experienced therapist who will guide you through documentation, evaluations, treatment methods, and more. Our approach is tailored to your learning style, and as you gain confidence and begin working independently, your mentor and our clinical team will continue to provide support whenever needed.
Is there an opportunity to continue working at my facility as an SLP following the completion of my Clinical Fellowship Year?
We strive to offer our Clinical Fellows the opportunity to transition into a full-time SLP role upon successful completion of their Clinical Fellowship Year. While full-time opportunities depend on current openings at the facility, as new opportunities arise at any of our locations, we prioritize considering our former CFs based on their recent experience with us.
