Job Details



The Paralegal will play a vital role in managing commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and title and survey review. Additionally, you will assist with corporate governance, entity structuring, and M&A transactions.

  • Support all aspects of commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, leasing, financing, etc.).
  • Conduct title and survey reviews, due diligence, and transaction coordination.
  • Assist attorneys with corporate transactions, M&A, and compliance matters.
  • Draft and organize corporate governance documents (entity formations, bylaws, stock purchase agreements).
  • Manage closing checklists, timelines, and UCC searches/filings.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction execution.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate & Corporate Transaction Paralegal in a mid-to-large law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance, and M&A.
  • Ability to manage closings and transaction workflows independently.
  • Proficiency in document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage), legal research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organization, drafting, and research skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with client billing and time entry systems.
