MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment in top working condition. This is a “hands on” position to repair mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance on production machines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for diagnostics, repairs, install, adjust, and maintain industrial machinery ready to manufacture quality products efficiently.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to maintenance issues with production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and align components of CNC machines and other equipment.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on production machines.
• Test-run repaired equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
• Assist in ordering parts for equipment repairs.
• Must follow all safety rules and company policies of the Company.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the Director of Manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS
• CNC repair experience preferred
• Two (2) years of experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance technician or related field.
• Technical certificate or vocational training is preferred.
• Must have mechanical and electrical skills and education.
• Must be able to understand and follow repair manuals, installation, and operations manuals.
• Must have good communication skills and a positive teamwork attitude.
