We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our team in New York, NY on a hybrid basis (onsite 3 days a week). This is a 6-month contract position and candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. As a Model Builder/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards
- Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models and implement enhancements
- Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users
- Stay updated with Anaplan features and identify enhancement opportunities
- Document technical specifications and development processes
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with Anaplan, with a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models
- Strong experience with core financial processes related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and challenging requirements constructively
- Experience working in a team environment with minimal supervision
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
