This consultant will collaborate closely with clients to assess leadership needs, design impactful development interventions, and facilitate workshops that foster leadership skills at all levels of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to impact organizational effectiveness and success directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' leadership development needs and gaps.
  • Design and implement customized leadership development programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate training workshops and coaching sessions for leaders at various levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs through feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Stay current on leadership trends and best practices to guide clients effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related consulting roles.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a track record of delivering impactful development programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to assess needs and design effective development solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership theories.
