Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for 7 apartment communities (231 total units) in Tonawanda and North Tonawanda.
Pay and Benefits
- $22-$28/hour

Responsibilities
- Repairs/work orders including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Preventative maintenance
- On-call emergency maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Basic plumbing skills
- Experience with unit turns
- Building maintenance experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
